This is a work in progress on my dining room wall.  If anyone sitting around my table is willing, I teach them to finger-knit, then take a polaroid of them knitting before they add their chain to the work.  I hope one day it will be a thick hanging carpet which absorbs all the good conversations.  It is lovely to collaboratively create a reminder of the people who’ve passed through my home.
