I had a wonderful time in 2020 and 2021 doing community + stakeholder engagement, event creation, publicity, program co-creation, and policy development (not to mention some weeding) for the Urban Bushland Council of WA to get the community involved in the care of a biodiverse jarrah and banksia woodland in an inner northern Perth suburb.
Through a variety of communication channels and strategic creative outreach activities, a sustainable new community group and strong supporter relationships has been established to keep this special pocket of urban bushland safe for the future.
